The highest PC Optimum earn comes from stacking two sources:

PC Financial credit card: Earns PC Optimum points on every purchase — 45 pts/$1 at Loblaws/Shoppers with the World Elite Mastercard.

At Loblaws, the credit card earn absorbs the base app earn. The 45 pts/$1 from the PC Financial World Elite replaces (not adds to) the base 10 pts/$1 app rate. However, targeted bonus offers from the app stack on top — so if the app offers 500 bonus points on chicken, you earn those 500 bonus points in addition to the 45 pts/$1 from the credit card.

How to Redeem PC Optimum Points

Points are redeemed in increments of 10,000 points ($10) at checkout:

Open the PC Optimum app (or have your PC Optimum card)
At checkout, tell the cashier you want to redeem points (or tap the app to trigger redemption)
Select how many points to redeem (minimum 10,000)
Points are deducted from your balance; the value is applied to your bill
