In-Store Redemption (Loblaws, Superstore, Shoppers Drug Mart, and banners)
Step 1: Scan your PC Optimum app or swipe your PC Optimum card at checkout before paying.
Step 2: When prompted on the payment terminal, select “Redeem Points” or “Yes” when asked if you want to use your points.
Step 3: Choose the amount you want to redeem:
- Minimum: 10,000 points ($10)
- Redemptions go up in 10,000-point increments ($10 each)
- You cannot redeem partial amounts below 10,000 points
Step 4: The discount is applied to your total before you pay the remaining balance.
Step 5: Your points balance decreases and a receipt confirms how many points were used and your new balance.
